  • Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, certain items such as underwear, swimwear, and earrings are non-returnable unless faulty.

How to Return an Item

  2. Prepare Your Package: Place the item(s) you wish to return in their original packaging.

Refunds

Exchanges

Damaged or Faulty Items
